About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of six cleaners while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation across school facilities. You will coordinate daily operations, manage rosters across term time and school holidays, and step in to support the team when required. The team is culturally diverse and may include staff with varying literacy levels, so strong communication and practical leadership skills are essential. There is potential for additional hours during school events or peak periods for the right candidate.
